LUNA GRANDE ART values its partnership with artists and strives to provide a seamless experience for shipping artworks. We would like to inform artists that the shipping cost for their artworks will be calculated after the conclusion of the exhibitions in which their pieces are displayed.

Once the exhibition ends, artists who wish to have their artworks shipped to their designated addresses will be notified about the preparation and shipping costs. These costs are determined based on several factors, including the materials used for packaging, the destination address, weight, dimensions, and shipping method.

2. Payment and Artwork Preparation

After receiving the shipping cost notification, artists are kindly requested to make the calculated payment. Upon successful payment, LUNA GRANDE ART will initiate the process of preparing the artworks for shipment. This involves proper packaging and coordination with the courier service provider that we work with.

3. Worldwide Shipping

LUNA GRANDE ART offers the flexibility to ship artworks to virtually any location worldwide. As long as we are provided with the accurate shipping address, and the associated shipping payment has been made, we will make the necessary arrangements to have the artworks delivered to the specified destination.

4. Responsibility for Damaged Artworks and Non-Pickup

It is important to note that LUNA GRANDE ART does not assume responsibility for any artworks that may be damaged during shipment. We take all necessary precautions to ensure secure packaging and coordination with reliable courier services, but the inherent risks of shipping are beyond our control.

Additionally, artists are responsible for ensuring the timely pickup of their artworks once they arrive at the designated destination. Failure to collect artworks in a timely manner may result in the artworks being held at customs offices. LUNA GRANDE ART does not bear responsibility for artworks that have not been picked up in time or for any associated costs or issues arising from such situations.
