ART PROMOTION SERVICE CONTRACT
This contract is entered into between two parties:
a) Mr./Mrs. ________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "ARTIST")
b) LUNA SANAT KAFE RESTORAN TÄ°CARET VE TURÄ°ZM LÄ°MÄ°TED ŞİRKETÄ° (hereinafter referred to as "LGA"), a company registered under the laws of Türkiye, having its registered office at RasimpaÅŸa Mahallesi, Bayramyeri Sokak No: 15/1 Kadıköy, Istanbul, 34716.

WHEREAS: LGA is engaged in the business of promoting artworks and artists through various means including but not limited to online marketing, social media promotion, and auctioning of artworks.
​
WHEREAS: Artist wishes to avail the services of LGA for promoting their artworks.
​
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Services Provided by LGA:
- LGA shall provide the services as mentioned in the plan selected by the Artist. The services shall be delivered within one month of the purchase of the plan.
​
2. Payment:
- The Artist agrees to pay the monthly fee as mentioned in the selected plan. The payment shall be made on a monthly basis and there shall be no refund of the payment once made.
​
3. Term of Agreement:
- This Agreement shall be valid until cancelled by either party. The Artist may cancel the agreement at any time by providing a written notice to LGA.
​
4. Services Details:
- Bronze Membership:
- Price: $25 per month
- Suitable for: New Coming Artists & Associate's Degree
- Services:
- Bronze Membership Certificate
- Auctioning of 1 artwork selected by LGA's curators
- Promotion of the artwork on Instagram with 50K followers

- Silver Membership:
- Price: $50 per month
- Suitable for: Regular Artists & Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)
- Services:
- Silver Membership Certificate
- Auctioning of 2 artworks selected by LGA's curators
- Promotion of the artworks on Instagram with 100K followers

- Gold Membership:
- Price: $95 per month
- Suitable for: Experienced Artists & Master of Fine Arts (MFA)
- Services:
- Gold Membership Certificate
- Exclusive spot in LGA's monthly collector's catalogue
- Auctioning of 3 artworks selected by LGA's curators
- Promotion of the artworks on Instagram with 250K followers

- Platinum Membership:
- Price: $175 per month
- Suitable for: Seasoned Artists & Master of Arts (MA)
- Services:
- Platinum Membership Certificate
- Exclusive spot in LGA's monthly collector's catalogue
- Auctioning of 6 artworks selected by LGA's curators
- Detailed expertise and authenticity report for the artworks
- Promotion of the artworks on Instagram with 500K followers

5. Quality Assurance:
- LGA cooperates with various affiliate marketing agencies to ensure that all services are delivered with utmost quality.
​
6. Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Courts and Enforcement Offices in Istanbul, Türkiye.

This contract, consisting of six (6) articles, is drawn up as an original copy and enters into force upon being signed on the above-mentioned date.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
