About the Role:
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join Luna Grande Art & Coffee Company. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the efficient management of our inventory and ensuring the seamless flow of products through our warehouse. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels, implementing effective organizational systems, and coordinating with various teams to meet customer demands.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment. Implement efficient tracking systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock rotation.
2. **Logistics Coordination:** Collaborate with logistics partners to coordinate the timely receipt and dispatch of goods. Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
3. **Organizational Systems:** Develop and maintain effective organizational systems within the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored, labeled, and retrieved efficiently.
4. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the procurement team to anticipate inventory needs and coordinate with other departments to meet production and sales demands.
5. **Quality Control:** Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee the integrity of products during storage and shipment.
6. **Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the warehouse. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field, demonstrating a track record of successful inventory management and logistics coordination.
- **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic warehouse environment effectively.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with various teams and external partners.
- **Problem-Solving:** Proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges related to inventory and warehouse operations.
